Ms. Rupali Ranjith is the charismatic Medical Director of Bridges Care Speech Therapy Center - a dedicated and passionate speech therapist and Assistant Behaviour Analyst. After completing her Master's degree in Speech Therapy and Audiology from Mumbai, she has worked with patients of all age groups across India and the UAE for more than 20 years, and strongly believes in regularly updating her skills.
She has successfully completed her BCaBA and QASP-S, and has expertise in modalities such as PROMPT, AVT, PECS, Oral Placement Therapy, and the Henan Programme. A well-known speaker and presenter who has contributed articles to many magazines and journals, she follows a team-based approach where parent and caregiver training is given the utmost importance - considering them the heart and soul of successful therapy. Patients' progress is her ultimate reward, and she remains thankful to all her patients and caregivers for supporting her journey.

Nandini holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and completed her Applied Behavior Analysis coursework from Florida Tech. She holds an international behavioural analyst license from QASP-S and IBA, and has worked in the field for almost nine years - bringing extensive teaching, training, and behaviour-analytic experience across all age ranges and ability levels, including ADHD, learning difficulties, and autism.
Gurumurthy is a dedicated professional with over 13 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Qualified Behavior Analyst credentialed by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA®), he has honed his expertise in understanding and improving behaviour patterns, particularly for individuals with diverse needs.
Ms. Ritu graduated from Bangalore University, India, and brings over a decade of experience working across multiple facilities in various roles - addressing a wide variety of speech, language, and communication disorders across all age groups. Her experience spans clinical setups, rehabilitation centres, and institutional settings supervising and lecturing undergraduate students.
With over a decade of experience in paediatric occupational therapy, Nutan is dedicated to supporting children in reaching their fullest potential through individualised, play-based, and evidence-driven interventions. Specialising in sensory integration, reflex integration, and handwriting intervention, she has worked with children across a range of abilities, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Mahrukh is a passionate and dedicated pediatric physiotherapist focused on helping children achieve their developmental milestones through specialised therapy approaches. She is certified in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), with expertise in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT), Suit Therapy, Hydrotherapy, and advanced management of Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Spinal Cord Injuries, and orthopaedic conditions. Her strong foundation in radiological assessment and manual therapy ensures accurate diagnosis and holistic care.
